SHIPPING POLICY
You can order some of our smaller bicycle racks online; they would ship via UPS. Online orders placed on Fridays after 2:30pm, on Saturdays, or on Sundays, will be processed on Monday of the following week. Larger bicycle racks must be ordered by telephone; they ship via motor freight. Larger orders may need two to three weeks to process and ship. Please note that our offices observe all national holidays and most religious holidays.
RETURN POLICY
If the product you order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for the purchase price. Please note that customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping the merchandise back to Outdoor Bicycle Racks USA
